We won't cost the earth!
What’s free?
- For Mediation and Coaching, the first virtual (telephonic or online) consultation with you is free for the first 30 minutes.
- For Mediation, depending on complexity, any second confirmatory correspondence to contact the other party maybe free, followed by a confirmation of the next steps.
What's not free?
Mediation
- In person Consultation charged at £125 per client/per hour for mediation.
- Necessary and agreed travel expenses charged at 0.45 per mile.
- Be clear any fees and expenses are always agreed with you in advance of any services rendered.
- Agreement to mediate letter £50.
- Cost of Mediation Process
- Video/Telephone - £125 per client/per hour
- In person - £400 per client per day
- Any additional work to be agreed before started and charged at £125 per client per hour, 2 hours paid in advance
- All expenses for all clients to be agreed in advance and paid in advance by all parties.
What's not free?
Coaching
- In person and online Consultation charged at £125 per 90 minutes session for Coaching.
- Necessary and agreed travel expenses charged at 0.45 per mile.
- Be clear any fees and expenses are always agreed with you in advance of any services rendered.
- Coaching packages are available at £500 for 5 agreed 90 minutes coaching session.
- Any additional work like organisational development needs to be agreed before started and charged at £125 per client per hour.
- All fees and expenses for all clients to be agreed in advance and paid in advance.
Mediation Venues
For face to face mediation sessions, we would normally ask that you provide a venue at your cost.
This should include three rooms:
One for each party where we can conduct private sessions.
A general meeting room for joint sessions - it's normal to include refreshment facilities (tea/coffee/water/etc. as a minimum) - for full-day session you may choose to provide lunch.
Where the meeting rooms are to be located should be agreed with the other party - it is suggested that you choose a neutral venue.
Oxleymediation can provide a venue relatively local to you, again at your cost
Please note that:
Venue costs are not included in our fees.
Travel and Expenses are not included in our fees.
Dependent upon where the mediation is to take place, we may ask you to reimburse travel and subsistence expenses for our mediator.
This can be discussed when reviewing your case. Distance need not preclude Oxleymediation from taking on your case.
